Service Description

A supportive group therapy service designed for women to share their experiences and find collective healing from trauma. This service offers a safe space for women to connect, share, and learn from one another. Goals: 1. Provide a supportive environment for women to express and process their trauma. 2. Facilitate peer support and connection, reducing feelings of isolation. 3. Equip participants with coping strategies and tools for emotional resilience. Bi-weekly 90-minute group sessions over 8 weeks, facilitated by Kami Redd. Includes guided discussions, group activities, and emotional support. Participants also receive access to a private online community for continued connection and support between sessions.
